To borrow funds, you must first deposit into the silo you are borrowing from.

1. Deposit collateral

Follow the steps from Lending (Depositing) to deposit collateral.

Your deposit should be visible.

2. Go to the 'Borrow' tab

Click the 'Borrow' tab at the top of the market.

It will show the relevant lending parameters.

3. Select the token you would like to borrow

For markets that have more than one bridge asset, there may be multiple assets you can borrow.

Click the drop-down menu to select your borrow token.

4. Enter the amount of tokens you would like to borrow.

Enter the amount of tokens you would like to borrow.

Note that the 'Health Factor' bar will shift if you change the amount that you borrow - we recommend keeping Health Factor in the yellow range at a minimum to avoid liquidation.

You can click 'Max' to borrow your max LTV.

4. Borrow

If you are happy with the amount to borrow and the Health Factor, click the 'Borrow' button and sign the transactions.

Congratulations, you have succesfully borrowed from Silo!
